Time : 7pm - ?
We will float 3 miles starting at 7pm, halfway through we will stop at a really awesome swimming hole with a rope swing and flat gravel bar, we usually hang out there for 30 minute or so then we paddle on. This float usually runs around 2.5 hours maybe longer.
This is a guided trip due to the fact it will be partly going on around dark. Unless you know this section of river well, we highly suggest you stick with our guide as there is a couple stumps in the middle of the river you can hit "nothing dangerous, just annoying". The take out is pretty hidden at night so we like to keep everyone close together so they do not blow past the take out. If you do paddle on from the group and miss the take out your next access is 4.8 miles down river.
This is not a race, this is a float designed to be lazy and relaxing so please allow yourself most the evening to be on the river.
If you do know this section of river well and you want to paddle on and you know exactly where the access "Take Out is" then all you have to do is place your boards up the ramp off to the side in the grass for us to pick up. DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS IN THE WATER AT THE RAMP. .
